NOTES:

 

 

  • Children: ages from 5 to 14 years are indicated

  • Weapons: bokken (sword), jo (rod), tanto (knife) - Trainees must have their own in practice.

  • Beginners: those who do not have a degree yet

  • Gross:  all kyu and dan


 

  • Members must ensure that their physical condition allows them to practice AIKIDO. If you have any doubts about the normal functioning of the heart, respiratory system or the condition of the waist, knees or neck, consult a doctor. You must inform the person in charge of any medical problems or injuries. You are essentially fully responsible for yourself and your actions.
     

  • New members can use a tracksuit with long sleeves and baggy pants for the first month. Nevertheless, a regular training suit is required and a pair of flip flops is also necessary and must be used constantly by the members to maintain the cleanliness of the training areas.
